Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning This is my basic service...it includes wet scraping the outside panes to remove hard to remove dirt and bug spots. I begin on these panes. This also involves removing screens and dry brushing them. Cleaning the inside panes involves wearing my booty boots (shoe covers) and using a drop cloth ...the inside panes are also scraped with my 6" razor when necessary & the sills and tracking are wiped as well. Screen Cleaning At your request I'll take all of your screens outdoors and wash them & rinse them. An additional service that I offer is "Screen Magic". This involves cleaning your screens with a "miracle" cleaning solution that makes your screens look brand new.  Window Track Cleaning At your request I'll do more than simply wipe your window tracks. This involves removing the tracking and cleaning underneath it. Hard Water Stain Removal Lawn sprinklers are notorious in Montana for depositing hard water on our windows. Left on the glass these minerals etch their way into the glass and disfigure the surface. These mineral deposits can be removed with the proper cleaning solution and process.  In addition to cleaning the outside and inside of your homes glass the storm windows should also be on a maintenance schedule. Cleaning them involves carefully removing the panes and cleaning them 1 side at a time. If your storms haven't been cleaned in a while I highly recommend it as the change will be impressive. Mirror Cleaning You may have mirrors that you would like to have cleaned. That is usually an additional fee but I am often inclined to clean them anyhow. Sealing your glass protects it from airborne contaminants and prevents hard water from building up and etching the glass. I currently offer a 6 month protection, a 1 year protection and a 2 year protection. These are all different products and require different methods of application. The 2 year protection is a new technology that us in the window cleaning industry is currently very excited about. See this video for more information: Regular Basis Scheduling Once you have me clean your windows I'll ask you when you'd like to have them cleaned again. Typically windows are cleaned once in the spring time and once in the fall. Once you become a customer I will call you seasonally to see if your ready to schedule. That way you won't have to worry about contacting me. Post construction Cleaning This involves a much deeper level of cleaning. It usually involves removing dry wall mud, tape, glue etc. |
